ActiveX Applet Prompt

I can not view live video, and no Active X Applet Prompt is appearing.

An ActiveX Applet Prompt is required in order to install i-flashback's live viewing components. Most commonly this occurs when network security software is installed that limits Microsoft Window's security settings beyond necessary settings. To fix this issue you must place your Internet security settings back to default by following these steps below.
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select  Tools from the menu bar
  3. Select Internet Options inside the Tools area.
  4. Choose the Security tab inside Internet Options
  5. Select the Internet Zone
  6. Inside "Security level for this zone" choose Custom level
  7. Once in the Custom level area tick the box next to Download Signed ActiveX Controls, then click ok

You should then reload the i-flashback site you are visiting in order for for the ActiveX applet to request downloading. Once you have refreshed the site, you should see a dropped down menu requesting you to download the ActiveX applet. Once downloaded, and installed your video should appear.
