ControlByNet serves many industries and can provide a solution to fit your needs.  Our business solutions satisfy small/medium businesses from tire stores to recycling plants, private institutions, public companies and even universities.

The Gwinnett Innovation Park provides an opportunity where multiple companies can share resources.  Currently there are 21 companies using the facility.

The Park has 4 formal lobbies, with an additional 6 exterior doors used by clients.  It has 11 dock doors with companies constantly shipping and/or receiving.  There are frequent visitors and clients work at all times.

With hundreds of people potentially coming and going throughout the day and night, there was a need beyond simple access control to track visitors.  A situation as this creates false alarms, solicitations and sometimes incorrect lobby access for visitors.  Packages come and go quickly, and clients need security that those belongings will be protected.

The solution was simple, installing ControlByNet's i-flashback software with Axis IP cameras on a public network.  Cameras were placed inside lobbies, at access points, in hallways and in the dock area.  Key cameras get power over the network and will not go down should a power outage occur.  Management can pull images from anywhere in the world should an issue arise.  They can also note times for alarm culprits, shipping, trash pickup, power outages, paper deliver....pretty much every piece of information is now at their disposal.

Manager states:
"One night with an alarm call at 2am, I noticed from my home pc someone had entered the warehouse through a door that had been propped open.  I met the police in the parking lot.  I pulled out my laptop, sat it on the policeman's car, connected to our wireless network (Internet), pulled up my i-flashback software and showed him the intruder and the vehicle right down to the make/model/color.  As amazed as he was, he then couldn't believe I could just send the video via e-mail and open it on a mobile phone."
